Shipping & Returns

The freight cost is on us in Canada, U.S.A, Europe, Australia and New-Zealand... If you live outside of these countries, send us an e-mail at info@muralunique.com and we will check if any additional cost is involved.

In Canada , we ship by Canada Post.

Delivery time is as follows: 1 to 3 days in Ontario and Quebec, 2 to 3 days in the Maritimes, 4 to 5 days in Newfoundland, 3 to 4 days in Manitoba and Saskatchewan, 4 to 5 days in Alberta and 5 to 6 days in British Colummbia.

In the U.S.A., we ship by Express Post and delivery varies between 3 to 7 days

In Europe, Australia and New-Zealand, we ship by Canada Post (it takes about 10 days) but you have to pay by credit card because the COD Post service is only available in Canada.

You can return a mural within 30 days of date of purchase but you have to pay the freight back and the mural must not be cut and left in it's original packaging

Your mural is shipped from Laval, Quebec near Montreal and you will receive the tracking number by e-mail as soon as it is shipped from our location.
